Music has always been one of the ways I make sense of my life.

My songs come from emotions that I struggled to express. Feelingx about survival, grief, faith, identity, recovery, love, loss, and the stubborn decision to keep moving.

My sound is sometimes folk, or country, maybe indie/alternative, or I have even been described as cinematic pop.

My album Be Moved: Songs from An Immovable Object, Unstoppable Forces features songs connected to my memoir, including “Coming Home Tonight,” “Eye of the Beholder,” “It’s All Up To You,” and “Hold On.”

Each song appears in both a produced version and a more stripped-down acoustic version, offering two different ways into the same story.
